Set up the first draft
Use an approved room reference and choose one camera path. Keep actual listing imagery separate from fictional design studies.
A possible starting point is Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash. This is an editorial workflow suggestion, not a measured quality ranking. Confirm model availability, plan access and the current quote.
Three copyable shot briefs
Public-source guide. Briefs are original and untested; paid generation, render-time and authenticated MCP tests are not included.
ORIGINAL BRIEF / 01
A doorway reveal
Intended composition: A single doorway establishes the room without a full tour.
ORIGINAL BRIEF / 02
A small lateral move
Intended composition: A lateral move tests whether the layout remains coherent.
ORIGINAL BRIEF / 03
A lighting study
Intended composition: A static camera isolates lighting from spatial consistency.
Change one thing next
| Observed problem | Next change to try |
|---|---|
| Walls bend during movement | Use a narrower view and a shorter camera path. |
| Furniture changes between frames | Hold the layout fixed and remove room-to-room transitions. |
| The render resembles a property listing | Label it as a visualization and verify any real-space claims separately. |
Before publishing
- Walls and furniture stay coherent.
- The camera path does not pass through solid objects.
- Fictional design is not mistaken for documented property condition.
Keep the first run and every rejected run in your notes. Record the model, selected settings, reference files, quoted credits and the reason an output failed. If there are no acceptable outputs, leave cost per usable clip undefined.
